前言

众所周知，对于移动用户，香港CMI线路的质量不亚于GIA。SpikeTel的CMCC优化款PrimerCloud(aff)上游对接了LUMEN，对于移动是走cmi路由，晚高峰依然速度飞起。体验了几个月，虽然有点小贵，但是很稳（网络质量很稳定），很快，（仅限于移动用户）
